07 Mar Paleo Coconut Flour Waffles
Nothing spells Sunday Funday like starting the morning with a nice plate of Paleo waffles, and I do love me some Paleo Waffles! I do not, however, love waffles with a million ingredients that take longer than 15 minutes to whip up. We usually have places to go and people to see and I don’t want to spend my morning measuring out 5 different kinds of flour. So, I created this waffle recipe where 6 simple ingredients all get tossed into the food processor, blended together, transferred to the waffle maker and BAM!! 12 minutes later we’re all eating delicious waffles!
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup coconut flour, sifted
- 6 eggs
- 1 banana
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- dash of salt
Steps:
- Preheat waffle maker
- Add all ingredients into food processor or blender and blend until smooth
- Add to waffle maker and cook until done
- Makes about 4 large waffles
