Are you looking to get to the root cause of your health conditions or to optimize your current state of health? Nutritional Consult are 30 minutes and require a Brief History Intake form and a 3 Day Diary to be filled out. New client Functional Medicine consultations are 60 minutes and require a completed New Client Information Packet.  Please contact us to request a New Client Information Packet to be emailed to you.

Functional Medicine Consultation

Functional Medicine consultations are for those who are at the end of their rope with finding a solution to their chronic health problems. They’ve already been to multiple health professionals and specialists and only end up with another pill to take or shrug of the shoulders.

Client Packet- Dr. Kremer receives and reviews your extensive New Client Packet prior to a phone consultation. Due to the extensive history information within the packet, consultations are typically scheduled a week out once paperwork is received for a thorough review.

Phone Consult- During the initial phone consultation, Dr. Kremer will review your history and primary health complaints and will often recommend further testing which may include blood, urine, stool, or saliva samples. Much of the focus is spent on determining and explaining the triggers and variables that have led to your health concerns and how to address the root cause and FIX IT, rather than just treat the symptoms with another medication.

Lab Review- Once lab work is received, Dr. Kremer will review the test results with you in a follow up 45 minute consultation. At this point, he will go over an individualized health program which will include one or more of the following: dietary changes, lifestyle modifications, supplementation, physical activity, and stress management. Further nutritional guidance is often strongly encouraged to help monitor progress, review meal plans, assist with any therapeutic dietary guidance, or modify your program.
